| About Private Import |
| When importing medical supplies, medicines, unregulated drugs, supplements, and/or cosmetics from overseas to Japan, permission of the Ministry of Health and Welfare is required. However, only for the purpose of self use, an individual is allowed to import without permission within the limited quantity. Those imported goods are for personal use only and cannot be resold in any way. Moreover, the goods must be delivered to the individual.

| Do I have to pay for Sales Tax? |
| No. We do not charge any sales tax to customers. |

| Do I have to pay for any custom duty? |
Basically there is not tax for the amount up to 16,000 Yen. 60% of the total amount is taxable for medicines and health supplements, the tax would be about 5% - 10% of the total amount when applicable. |

| Can they know the exact content during the delivery? |
| The label of the package will only indicate as "Food Supplement" or "Cosmetics". |

| Can I order using my business information? |
No. It is considered as business merchandises when you order with your business information even if the products are for your personal use. |

| Can I use my office address for shipping? |
Yes, you can. However, we recommend not to, and if you do, please use your own name, not the business/company name, for the shipping information. In case the package was returned to us due to the absence of the recipient or the incorrect shipping information, the shipping charge must be paid by the customer. |

| What do I do if the package wasn't delivered? |
| Sometimes the delivery may delay for some reasons, due to the customs procedure, or during the holiday seasons. If you didn't receive the package within 3 weeks of the order, please contact us. |

| What if the package has been returned? |
| When the package is not received by the recipient, several attempts of deliveries will be made, then it goes back to Tokyo International Post Office. Usually they will keep the package for about a week. Please contact the Post Office for further information. * Customers must pay all the shipping cost. |

| I can't open the bottle. What should I do? |
| In the U.S., some of the products use "Child Safe Cap" for small children not to open the bottle. It can be opened by turning while pushing a lid downward. |

| What should I do if I want to cancel my regularly/monthly order? |
Please request cancellation from our contact form. Please specify the name and quantity of the products you're purchasing every month and send us the request one week before the next purchase date. |
